University of Chitral Hosts Capacity-Building Program for Management Staff

Chitral: The University of Chitral successfully organized the opening ceremony of a five-day Capacity-Building Program for University Management, aimed at enhancing the managerial competencies of its administrative staff. This program, conducted under the auspices of the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission (HEC), seeks to improve individual performance and overall institutional productivity.

The training marks a significant milestone as the University of Chitral is the first in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to host such a program for management development. Mr. Tahir Mehmood outlined the key objectives of the management training program and emphasized the importance of participants making the most of this opportunity to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the University.

Speaking at the occasion, the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Sanaullah extended heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Noor Amna Malik, Managing Director of NAHE, and Mr. Sulaiman Ahmad, Director of NAHE, for their commitment and financial support in bringing this essential training to fruition.
