Dr. Shah Fahad Ali Khan has been declared the winner of the Global Voices Essay Challenge 2025 in the PhD. category, organized by the Global Development Network (GDN). His award-winning essay explores how digital exclusion is hindering climate adaptation efforts in Northern Pakistan and presents an detailed analysis of inclusive digital strategies as a pathway toward effective climate resilience.
In recognition of his outstanding contribution, Dr. Fahad has been invited to present his work at the Global Development Conference 2025, which will be held in France from October 27 to 30.
The event will bring together leading scholars, policymakers, and practitioners from around the world to discuss pressing issues at the intersection of development, technology, and climate change.
