The University of Chitral has signed a Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) with Mapping Heritage Terrains (MHT) on September 1, 2025. The MoU aims to foster
collaboration between the University of Chitral and MHT in many key areas encompassing joint
research projects, workshops,
certification courses, training programs,
The MOU was officially signed by Prof. Dr. Hazir Ullah, the Vice
Chancellor University of Chitral, and Dr. Zahra Hussain, the Director of Mapping
Heritage Terrains (MHT). In his remarks,
the Vice Chancellor appreciated Dr. Sana Ullah, Focal Person in the MoU, and Dr. Muhammad Romman, Additional Director of
ORIC and his team, for their dedication to expanding linkages and establishing collaboration
with relevant organizations.
