A meeting of the examination
coordinators from affiliated public and private colleges was held on April 17,
2025, in the office of the Vice Chancellor. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Sana
Ullah, Acting Vice Chancellor/Controller of Examination, and attended by the Additional Director Academics, Deputy Controller of Examination, Assistant
Controller of Examination, University of Chitral, and all examination
coordinators representing their respective colleges. The primary agenda of the
meeting was to discuss matters related to the finalization of examination dates
and address other related issues concerning different colleges. Various issues
regarding the examination system were discussed by the examination
coordinators, who also shared their valuable experiences to help ensure better
conduct of examinations in the future.
The meeting was concluded
witha vote of thanks from the controller of examinations.
