• Inauguration of Water Filtration Plant at University of Chitral by HHRD 2025

    On 24th April,2025, a significant milestone was marked at the University of Chitral as the Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), in collaboration with the Youth Empowerment Club (YEC), successfully inaugurated a state-of-the-art water filtration plant to ensure access to clean and safe drinking water for students, faculty, and staff.

    The inauguration ceremony commenced at 3:00 PM and was graced by the esteemed presence of Mr. Amjad Mahmood, a leading representative of HHRD, who formally inaugurated the water filtration system. The event saw active participation from the Vice Chancellor of the University of Chitral, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and administrative stakeholders, highlighting the collective commitment toward sustainable development and student welfare.

    Following the inauguration, a highly informative session was held to commemorate World Water Day, centered around the theme of water conservation and accessibility. Students from various departments attended the session with keen interest.
