Officials of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), led by Director Mr. Noman Bashir, visited the University of Chitral and called on the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Hazir Ullah, in his office.The officials of the Chitral chamber of commerce also accompanied the TDAP team during their visit.
During the meeting, the delegation briefed the Vice Chancellor about the upcoming Business Expo and Business Conference being organized in Lower Chitral. The two sides discussed in detail the arrangements and possible collaborations for the event.
Prof. Dr. Hazir Ullah suggested that the Business Expo be organized at the University of Chitral, highlighting that it would enhance the visibility of the event and provide a strong audience, as the University has a large number of students eager to benefit from such initiatives.
The TDAP officials highly appreciated the suggestion of the Vice Chancellor and assured their full cooperation. Later, the visiting team inspected the main lawn of the University of Chitral as a potential venue for the exhibition.
The visit concluded with a mutual understanding to strengthen collaboration between TDAP and the University of Chitral for promoting trade, entrepreneurship, and business development opportunities in the region.
