Office of Research Innovation and
Commercialization (ORIC) at Chitral University signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with Government Technical and Vocational Center Chitral on
November 7, 2023, to enhance mutual collaboration. The MOU will serve as the
basis for future cooperation and capacity building.
The MOU was signed by Prof. Dr.
Zahir, the Vice Chancellor of Chitral University, and Prof. Rahmat Karim,
Principal of the Government Technical and Vocational Center Chitral at a
ceremony held at the office of the Vice Chancellor. The Honorable Vice Chancellor
appreciated the efforts of Dr. Muhammad Romman, the Additional Director of
ORIC, and his team for expanding collaboration and enhancing capacity building.
The Principal and his team affirmed
that the MOU would facilitate the use of shared resources and infrastructure,
leading to more efficient and effective coordination.
Dr. Saiful Mujahid Shah, Manager of
Innovation and commerce, served as the Focal Person. Dr. Nizamdudin, Additional
Director of Academics at the University of Chitral, Dr. Rizwanullah, Manager of
Research Management at the University of Chitral, and Mr. Najiullah, Assistant
Registrar at the University of Chitral, graced the occasion.
