With immense pleasure, we share that our esteemed faculty members, Mr. Basharat Hussain, lecturer and head of the Department of Political Science; Ms. Kausar Hussain, lecturer in Education; Ms. Naila Hussain, lecturer in Sociology; and Ms. Samia Manan, lecturer in Economics, are visiting the US to participate in summer school programs. Mr. Basharat Hussain and Ms. Samia Manan have been selected for the American Studies program, while Ms. Kausar Hussain and Ms. Naila Hussain are in the Higher Education Leadership program sponsored by the American Institute of Pakistan Studies. Today, the faculty members participated in a cultural event in the US, organized by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is an opportunity for them to learn and embrace positive cultural values, norms, and practices from such a diverse gathering. We wish them very good luck. Availing this opportunity will definitely help them nourish their leadership skills and broaden the horizons of their social and professional circles. We wish them a safe trip.
