Youth Professional Development Program, focusing on the critical theme of 21st
Century Skills. The program, led by esteemed experts in the field, has equipped
78 graduating students with essential employability skills, including Career
Exploration and Planning, Job Search Strategies, Personal Branding, Resume
Writing, Interview Preparation, Soft Skills, Leadership and Professional
Development, Critical Thinking, and Digital Platforms and Alternative Job
Markets.
Project Lead and Master Trainer, Dr. Mansoor Ullah Baig,
along with Lead Trainer, Mr. Zia ur Rehman, guided the participants through an
enriching and transformative journey of personal and professional growth.
The program, designed to bridge the gap between academic
