A meeting of the Project Steering Committee was held on December 3, 2024. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahab, Vice Chancellor, joined the meeting online, while members of the steering committee participated in person.
During the meeting, various issues related to the project were discussed in detail. The Project Director provided a comprehensive overview of the progress made so far and highlighted the challenges faced by the project team.
The members of the steering committee emphasized the importance of ensuring quality in the work through proper supervision and coordination. They also expressed concern over the slow pace of work and stressed the need to expedite the work on site.
The participants agreed to strengthen coordination among stakeholders to overcome the challenges in implementation and ensure the project's timely completion.
