The University of Chitral successfully concluded a five-day Capacity-Building Program for its management staff, aimed at enhancing their managerial competencies. This program was conducted under the auspices of the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission (HEC
The University of Chitral is the first institution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to host such a program for management development.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr. Tajuddin, Provost of the University, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Noor Amna Malik, Managing Director of NAHE, and Mr. Sulaiman Ahmad, Director of NAHE, for their support in organizing this program. Dr. Tajuddin also thanked Muhammad Tahir for his support throughout the program and acknowledged the Vice Chancellor of the University of Chitral for their efforts.
The participants expressed their satisfaction with the program, stating that it was highly beneficial. At the closing ceremony, participants, including Muhammad Qasim, Assistant Director of Academics, Muhammad Hassan, and Mustafa Kamal, Assistant Director of Administration, shared their views and expressed their gratitude for the training.
Certificates were distributed among the participants at the end of the program.
