Payments
for the acquisition of 200 Kanal land for the establishment of the University
of Chitral at Seen lasht Chitral have been started in the Office of the Deputy
Commissioner Lower Chitral. The process of land acquisition shall complete in
two to three days. The consultant, which has already been hired, will move to
the construction site to carry out practical work.
On
the occasion, the Honorable Vice Chancellor and University administration
extended greetings and lauded the constructive role of honorable Chief Minister
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Special Assistant to Chief Miniter Mr. Wazir Zada, Minister
for Higher Education Mr. Kamran Khan Bangash, Secretary Higher Education
Department Mr. Dawood Khan, and Deputy Commissioner Lower Chitral Mr. Anwar Ul
Haq. He expresses his hope that they will continue their support for the
betterment of the University of Chitral in the future as well.
