Mr. Fathul
Bari, Lecturer Zoology, University of Chitral successfully completed National
Faculty Development Program (NFDP) training course from the National Academy of
Higher Education, HEC Islamabad. The main aim of the training course was to
prepare competent and caring educators and educational administrators who can
balance content knowledge and practice with an understanding of the students
and communities they serve and develop professionally to become ethical and
effective decision-makers and leaders.
The three weeks training program consisted of different
modules coordinated by eminent professionals and scholars from different
universities of Pakistan. The course was attended by 28 young faculty members
from different universities across Pakistan.
