Dr. Kifayat Ullah, Co-Organizer, NCLCC-24
and Head of the Department of English Language and Literature, had the honor of
presenting the Conference Shield to Ms. Mussarat Jabeen, Principal of
Government Girls Degree College, Chitral, in recognition of her unwavering
dedication and exemplary co-operation, which played a pivotal role in the
success of NCLCC-24.
