RE-TENDER NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF TEACHING/OFFICE EQUIPMENTS

Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms/companies/bidders registered with FBR upto 15.01.2018 at 11:00 a.m. for supply of TEACHING/OFFICE EQUIPMENTS. The tender documents can be received on payment of tenders cost amounting 500/-or Bank Draft in favor of the treasurer, University of Chitral. The tender will be opened on 15.01.2018 at 12:00 p.m. by the procurement committee in the presence of the representatives of the dealers/bidders in the office of the procurement officer, University of Chitral, Seenlasht Chitral. The bidders should also supply a Bank Draft of 2% Bid security in favor of the treasurer, University of Chitral, which will be returned to successful bidder on completion of delivery of the TEACHING/OFFICE EQUIPMENTS. The Bank Draft of the bidders, whose bids are not accepted, will be returned within one week from day of opening of the tenders. The competent authority reserves the rights to reject or accept or cancel bids and increase or decrease the quantity without assigning any reason thereof. The bidders will have to deliver the High Quality and Branded Products and laptops for professionals with accessories at the Procurement Office within one month of the issuance of supply order. Note:-

  • Installation of entire system/operating system will be responsibility of the supplier.
  • The supplier has to provide all original packing material & original installation drivers, software operation system (as provided by the manufacturer. CDs or Floppies) and written material (manual & literature etc.) to client.

The price should be quoted with all taxes e.g. Customs Duty, Central Excise Duty and General Sales Tax etc. with freight and Octroi Charges. The bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. The envelopes shall be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in bold and legible letters.
