Mr. Peter Marty, a lecturer in Natural
Resource Development at Zurich University in Switzerland, paid a visit to the
University of Chitral on June 11, 2023. During his visit, he had a meeting with
the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Chitral to discuss potential areas of
collaboration between the two institutions. The discussions centered around
various aspects, including course development, the possibility of online guest
lectures, and fostering the exchange of students and faculty in the future. The
Vice Chancellor of the University of Chitral emphasized the significant role
the university plays not only in the region but also on a global scale.
Furthermore, he arranged a comprehensive meeting with department heads and
faculty members, engaging in discussions regarding a multitude of collaboration
opportunities.
