Laboratories- Overview:
Plant labs are an integral part of Biological Sciences. Department of Botany has established a well-equipped lab for plant related research work to facilitate the students. The flora of Chitral is peculiar in its nature and it is the need of the day to preserve and conserve the local flora. To achieve this goal, the department of botany has established herbarium, arboretum, greenhouses and a botanical garden where research work has begun to take place which is helpful for local and non-local researchers. Beside this, Department of Botany has also established plant labs such as Ecology, Mycology, Plant Pathology, and Pharmacognosy labs to facilitate the students.
